  • When will my points be credited?

    • Points are credited within ten days following the transaction date as long as the payment is completed in full, and the visit occurred post-membership enrolment.

 

  • What should I do if my points are not reflected in the app?

    • You can submit a claim online or contact our Rotana Rewards team for assistance. Claims are accepted as long as they are presented within six months of the transaction, and the visit occurred post-membership enrolment.


  • How can I contact Rotana Rewards?

    • Our dedicated Rotana Rewards Customer Service Centre is available to assist members from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00. Our Contact details are _____


  • Can my points ever expire?

    • Yes. Rotana Reward points are valid for three years from the transaction date.


  • Can I hold both a Classic and an Exclusive membership?

    • Yes. You may hold a Classic membership as well as either a Select membership or an Exclusive membership. 


  • Can I transfer my points for cash or other benefits?

    • No. Rotana Rewards points are non-transferable.


  • Can I redeem my points at any time of the year?

    • No. Points will not be redeemable at food & beverage outlets during the following dates:

      • Valentine’s Day

      • On the first day of Eid al-Fitr

      • On the first day of Eid al-Adha

      • Christmas Eve

      • New Year’s Eve 

      • During the F1 weekend at Yas Island Rotana or Centro Yas Island.

    • However, Rewards Points can be earned any day of the year.


  • Can a family member use my membership card?

    • No, Exclusive and Select memberships are for personal use only. You can, however, register a spouse for a supplementary card at a special rate of:

      • 700 AED per card - excluding the dining certificate

      • 900 AED - including the dining certificate.

  • Can I use the Rotana Reward points when dining with friends or family?

    • Yes, but only one Exclusive membership card may be used per table booking.
