Instant redemption at Food and Beverage outlets

Select Earn & Redeem on the home page.

Select Redeem (Redeem should always be preceded by Earn)

Search and select the country.

Select the amount or manually add this.

Ensure to ask for the final check after the discount to know the remaining amount for redemption.

The maximum amount that can be redeemed is the available balance, and the minimum amount is 2,500 points (25 AED).

Input the total amount in the AED field. Please note that you can only redeem points if the balance allows it.

Should you wish to redeem the maximum amount, swipe the cursor to the maximum point and proceed with the redemption.

When prompted, click on Proceed to continue with your instant redemption transaction.

Provide the Redeem code number to your waitstaff.

Once the code is redeemed, you will receive a push notification.

Points will be deducted instantly, and your token history will record the translation.
